The cost of the Sochi Winter Olympic Games

Crazy Amount of Money is being spend for Winter Olympics, even though this all would help the infrastructure. but from the citizens point of view this doesn't help their 7ooo pounds averages salary per year. So do architects and engineers be socialist? because they have to work with reach developers?
